We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your download link to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. The licensed content can have been used in any published website, publications, marketing material and cannot have been part of any published products or branding.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to accept an license exchange for another similar licensed item at our store.

Whenever possible, if your refund claim is approved, you’ll be automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
